• Account & registration data: username, display name, email address, password, and date of birth (used to verify you are 18+).
• Creator verification data: for creators, government-issued ID and a selfie holding your ID (for identity and age verification and legal compliance).
• Profile data: profile and cover photos, biography, and other details you choose to add.
• Content: posts, photos, videos, live streams, messages, comments, and other content you upload or send.
• Payment data: when you subscribe, purchase content, tip, or receive payouts, our payment processors collect your payment card or payout details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications: messages you send to other users, to creators, and to our support team.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, content interacted with, features used, and session activity.
• Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 7.

• Social / OAuth sign-in: if you register or log in using Google or X (Twitter), we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, in accordance with the permissions you grant. See Section 6 for details about Google user data.

6. Google User Data and Limited Use

If you sign in with Google, we access basic Google account information (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) solely to create and authenticate your Cecemami account.

Cecemami’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we do not use Google user data for serving advertising, we do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer or use it except as necessary to provide and improve the sign-in feature, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Services, measure usage, and process payments. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality such as staying logged in.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We retain certain information for longer where required to comply with legal obligations (for example, age-verification and financial records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. • Delete your account and data: you can delete your account at any time from Settings → [Account → Delete Account], or by emailing [privacy@cecemami.com]. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except information we are required to retain by law. We will respond to deletion requests within the time required by applicable law.
• California/US & other regions: you may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information.

11. Age Restriction (18+)

The Services are strictly for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
